Tom joined Clinton Investment Management (CIM) in December 2025. Prior to joining CIM Tom spent three years at American Beacon Advisors as a Regional Director, where he worked closely with Financial Advisors to construct portfolios of municipal and taxable fixed income securities and funds. Prior to AB, Tom was SVP of Sales and Distribution at Gotham Asset Management where he helped build out a distribution team for Gotham’s private and liquid alternative investments. Prior to Gotham, Tom spent 10 years at BNY/Pershing as an Institutional Equity trader covering energy, transportation, and the materials sector. Tom earned his B.A in Political Science from Gettysburg College and an MBA from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. Tom is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) since 2015.
Anya joined Clinton Investment Management in June of 2025. Prior to joining CIM, Anya worked as a Institutional Equity Sales and Trading Intern at Morgan Stanley supporting the sales and prime brokerage teams. Anya received her BBA from The University of Notre Dame majoring in Finance and Economics.
Trevor joined Clinton Investment Management (CIM) in 2024. Prior to joining CIM, he spent eight years as a Regional Director with Brandes Investment Partners, a value oriented global equity and fixed income asset management company. He was responsible for driving growth and sales in the National and Regional wirehouses, along with the Registered Investment Advisor and Independent Advisor channels for the Southeast markets. His professional experience also includes having spent seven years with Nuveen Investments as a Regional Vice President in the Southeast, as well as ten years with Merrill Lynch, where he worked as both a Regional platform specialist in the Southeast, as well as a financial analyst in the firm’s separately managed account asset management platform. Trevor started in the industry in 1993 and earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation through the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Syracuse University where he earned a B.A. in Political Science in 1993.
Maxine joined Clinton Investment Management (CIM) in February, 2024. Prior to joining CIM, Maxine spent 16 years working as VP of Operations at Iridian Asset Management LLC, an institutional asset manager. Her experience with Iridian incorporated trading, portfolio administration, investor relations and system implementation. Previously, she worked for Oppenheimer & Co assisting with sales and trading. Maxine received her B.S. in International Business Administration from United States International University.
Mark joined Clinton Investment Management (CIM) in 2019. Prior to joining CIM Mark spent three years at Wells Fargo Asset Management as a Regional Director, where he worked closely with Financial Advisors to help build and implement municipal and taxable fixed income portfolios. Prior to WFAM, Mark was VP of Institutional Sales at Brighton House Associates where he helped build a distribution platform for Institutional Investors to better access private and alternative investments. Prior to BHA, Mark spent 9 years at RS Investments where he served as a Regional Vice President, responsible for the sales and distribution of the firm’s mutual fund and SMA strategies within the Broker/Dealer channel. Mark earned his B.S Finance from Bentley University.
David joined Clinton Investment Management (CIM) in July, 2017. Prior to joining CIM, David spent 12 years as a Managing Director with Cincinnati Asset Management (CAM), a $3.2B RIA that specializes in US Corporate Credit, where he was responsible for developing new business relationships, providing exemplary client service, and delivering market knowledge. Prior to joining CAM, David was a fixed income product specialist with UBS Global Asset Management and was a member of the Private Client Investment Committee. David began his career in 1997 and has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He received a BBA, with a concentration in finance, from Western Michigan University and is also a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of New York.
Sean joined Clinton Investment Management in November of 2023. Prior to joining CIM, Sean worked as a business development intern at Golf Digest supporting the marketing and sales team. Sean received his B.S. from Penn State University with a concentration in Marketing and Real Estate Analysis and Development.
Claudia joined Clinton Investment Management (CIM) in April, 2018. Prior to joining CIM, Claudia spent 12 years in a client service and operations role at Capital Prospects LLC, a manager-of-emerging managers. She was mainly responsible for client reporting, performance measurement and compliance. Prior to joining Capital Prospects, she spent 7 years at Northern Trust Global Advisors where she began as a fund accountant then later in a client service and investment reporting role. Claudia received a BBA in Accounting from Pace University.
Lynn joined Clinton Investment Management (CIM) in 2021. Prior to joining CIM, Lynn worked for Foley Services supporting billing operations in the finance department. Previously, she worked for an advisory firm assisting in the projection of retirement benefits for federal employees. She also has business development experience working for an IT consulting firm. Lynn received her B.S. from Fairfield University with a concentration in finance and business analytics.
Alex joined Clinton Investment Management’s (CIM) Credit Research Department, as a Credit Analyst, in June 2022. In his role as a generalist, he assesses the fundamental credit quality of a broad spectrum of municipal issuers, throughout the country. Prior to joining CIM, Alex worked part-time as a portfolio analyst for CIM from 2018 to 2021. Alexander received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, majoring in finance, from the University of Richmond (UR). During his time at Richmond, Alex was a senior member of the UR ETF Fund, which managed a portion of the University of Richmond’s endowment. During Alex’s time in the UR ETF Fund, he served as the senior analyst for the North American team, utilizing a top-down investment philosophy to analyze the current macroeconomic environment and proactively managing and accessing the fund’s North American holdings and exposures. Alex is a recipient of Smith’s Research & Gradings 2025 Rising All-Star Municipal Analysts Award. This honor recognizes individuals for outstanding contributions to and achievements within the municipal bond investment community.
